Here’s an easy recipe for simple peanut butter dog biscuits.
What you’ll need:
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (make sure it doesn’t contain xylitol)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients and knead until well mixed. Roll or press to ¼ inch thickness. Cut or shape into desired size. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
This is a very simple and forgiving recipe that makes use of pantry staples. You can include whatever type of cooking oil and flour (I used oat flour) that you have on hand. Have fun with shapes—these were made with Play-Doh cutters!
